Product overview
IH type chemical centrifugal pump is a single stage single suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pump, for the transport of no solid particles with corrosive, viscosity similar to water liquid. Its marking, rated performance and size are equivalent, with a wide range of performance, high efficiency, high level of "three" and easy maintenance and other characteristics, its efficiency is 5% higher than the average F-type pump, is the national promotion of energy-saving products.
Main feature
1, IH series chemical pump single-stage single-suction chemical centrifugal pump, is to replace the F-type corrosion resistant centrifugal pump energy-saving replacement products, the product implementation standard,GB5662-85,ISO2858,GB/T5656-94.
2, IH series chemical pump is horizontal radial split, open the door after the knot, no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
3, pump body axial suction, radial discharge, foot support type, pump and prime mover connection with the extension coupling.
4, the pump bearing with clean 22 mechanical oil, before the pump operation must be added to the suspension to the oil mark center line of about 2mm
5, large diameter impeller with packing seal, pay impeller seal (power seal)
Product use
The conveying medium temperature of IH type chemical pump is -20℃ ~ 105℃, and the double-end sealing cooling device is used when necessary, and the conveying medium temperature is below 300℃. Suitable for chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, paper, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, wastewater treatment and synthetic fibers and other industries for conveying a variety of corrosive or do not allow pollution similar to water media.
