FS type horizontal fiberglass centrifugal pump, advanced and reasonable structure design, high standardization, common parts, strong interchangeability, disassembly and maintenance is very convenient. The parts in contact with the medium are made of phenolic glass fiber modified by polyvinyl butyrate and molded by high temperature.
Product characteristics
FS fiberglass centrifugal pump products have light weight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent properties. In terms of corrosion protection, it can partially replace molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy and other precious metals.
Shaft seal: FS fiberglass centrifugal pump adopts WB2 external F4 corrugated mechanical seal, reliable sealing and long service time.
Transmission: The pump is driven directly by the motor through a claw type elastic coupling.
This pump is mainly used in petrochemical, smelting, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer and other industries, transport does not contain solid particles, not easy to crystallize, the temperature is not higher than 100℃ all kinds of non-oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and other corrosive media indispensable ideal equipment.
