Product characteristics

The pump shaft seal is made of external high quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of new cemented carbide or ceramic, which is resistant to wear, no leakage and long service life. Installation, use, precautions and maintenance

1, before installation, should carefully check whether there is a hard object in the flow channel of the pump body, so as to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. The inlet and outlet of the pump should be equipped with a regulating valve to control the operation of the pump in rated working conditions.

3, open the inlet valve, so that the liquid filled the entire pump chamber.

4, turn on the power, when the pump reaches the normal speed, then gradually open the valve on the spit pipe, and adjust to the required working condition.

5, check the motor, bearing temperature rise ≤70℃ found abnormal timely processing.

6. It is strictly prohibited for mechanical seals to work under dry grinding.
