Product overview
IHF is a single-stage single-suction fluorine plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, which is designed and produced in accordance with international standards and combined with non-metal pump processing technology. The pump body is lined with polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) in metal shell. The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all sintered with fluorine plastic as a whole by metal inserts. The shaft seal is made of PTFE filling material, and the inlet and outlet are reinforced by cast steel body.
Product characteristics
The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, long service life, etc. All the products of the division are designed and optimized by computer, the company has strong technical force, rich production experience and perfect testing means. To ensure the stability and reliability of product quality.
Product use
Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, electric power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, paper, food, textile and other industries, in the temperature of -85℃ ~ 200℃ for a long time to transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua royal, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvents, reducing agents and other strong corrosive media.
