NYP series ordinary (stainless steel) inner ring high viscosity pump overview
NYP high viscosity pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical, paint, grease, medicine, dyes, food and other industries. Because the inner ring high viscosity pump can choose different materials and its structure, it is widely used in different properties and different viscosity of the medium transport.
Applicable medium temperature :-10℃ -200 ℃ (NYP.78 and NYP2.3 applicable temperature is -10℃ -80 ℃).
Applicable medium viscosity :1.0cSt - 300,000cSt(NYP.78 and NYP2.3 applicable viscosity is 1.0cSt - 10,000cSt).

NYP high viscosity pump
It is especially suitable for conveying medium with high viscosity consistency. It is widely used in the transportation industry of various fluids, especially for the transportation of fluids with large viscosity changes and a wide range.
There are ordinary cast iron material and stainless steel material two.
Pump head, pump housing, sealing cavity parts can be equipped with thermal jacket. Select the location that needs to be insulated according to actual needs.
The jacket and the pump body are cast into one body, and the heat preservation effect is good, which can avoid various problems caused by welding the jacket.
When heating is required: various heat media such as hot steam and heat conduction oil can be heated through the jacket cavity.
When cooling is required: through various coolants, the constant temperature of the inner ring type high viscosity pump body can be maintained.
Adjustable clearance: the pump can adjust the gear clearance according to the needs of viscosity without removing the pump to meet the process requirements of the inner ring high viscosity pump in different viscosities. The big advantage of the overall bearing box is that the clearance can be adjusted by simply turning the bearing box. Simple operation, no need to disassemble any parts of the pump.
The outer rotor drives the inner ring type high viscosity pump to rotate in the same direction, which has small wear and long service life.
Application industry: Suitable for conveying pure and viscous fluid, can be used to transport oil products such as lubricating oil, crude oil, etc. It can also be used to transport molasses, polyurethane, black and white materials, rubber, asphalt, paint, adhesive, dyes, coatings, lubricants, polyols, food, drugs and other high viscosity materials without granular impurities; It can also be used to transport high temperature, high viscosity polymer melt materials such as PA PB PC PE PS HIPS ABS PP PET PVA.
