Our factory produces LC type high viscosity Roots pump, divided into belt drive and gear reducer drive two forms. Reducer drive type Roots pump pump has: low revolution, small volume, large flow, small power consumption, self-priming, no oil, easy to use and so on. Roots pumps can be widely used to transport petroleum and petroleum products (gasoline can be exchanged for copper pump blades) and to transport various oils and liquids in factories. Such as crude oil, paint, lubricating oil, glass glue, grease acid, toothpaste and light alkaline (soap processing) liquid; Food processing can transport a variety of liquids, such as soy milk, yeast, sugar, etc. Loading and unloading of various tank cars and tankers, etc., easy to use, can be reversible work.
LC type high viscosity Roots pump, add a thermal insulation layer on the outer surface of the pump shell or the end cover, use steam or thermal oil circulation to heat the pump workshop, so as to provide convenient and good conditions for continuous and intermittent work of the pump.
LC Roots pump is suitable for conveying lubricants or other liquids similar in nature to lubricants that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, the temperature is not higher than 80℃, the viscosity is 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500CST), LCB Roots pump and for hydraulic transmission systems.
LC Roots pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, gear, rotor, packing, gland and other components, the LC Roots pump (LC Roots pump) has two forms of belt drive and gear reducer drive, can reverse the action, the shaft is equipped with a skeleton oil resistant seal at both ends, the middle is equipped with oil return device to prevent air intake or oil leakage.
