1、 Product Overview of ZWC Diesel Engine Self suction Sewage Pump:

The ZWC diesel engine self suction sewage pump combines self suction and non clogging sewage discharge. It can be used like a regular clean water self suction pump without the need for bottom valves or water injection. The plastic self suction pump can suction pollutants containing large particle solid blocks, long fibers, sediment, waste ore impurities, fecal treatment, and all engineering sewage, completely reducing the labor intensity of workers. Moreover, it is easy to use, move, and install, with minimal maintenance and stable performance. The portability of the diesel engine, coupled with the absence of the need for wires, further enhances the flexibility of the pump.

2、 Characteristics of diesel engine self suction sewage pump:

1. Environmental temperature ≤ 45 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 60 ℃.

2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel pumps.

3. By using particles with a diameter of 60% of the pump diameter and a fiber length of 5 times the diameter

4. The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240 kilograms per cubic meter.
