The ZXC series diesel engine self suction centrifugal water pump unit is driven by a diesel engine, and the water pump is a horizontal self suction centrifugal pump. This type of pump is compared with other types of self priming centrifugal pumps because the pump itself does not have a check valve, has a simple structure, reliable operation, long fault free working time, convenient maintenance and use, small volume, light weight, high efficiency, and special considerations in design. Compared with the same pump, it has a large displacement and high performance.

The ZXC series diesel engine self suction centrifugal water pump unit has more outstanding performance as an emergency pump in industrial and agricultural production, emergency rescue, such as drainage and firefighting. The ZWC series diesel engine self suction centrifugal water pump unit is widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, chemical fiber, food, energy, transportation, urban water supply, and can also be used for agricultural drainage and sprinkler irrigation. For transporting clean water or other liquids with a viscosity less than 5 and a temperature below 80 ℃ that have physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

Technical principles:

The ZXC series diesel engine self suction centrifugal water pump unit is mainly composed of diesel engine, pump body, impeller back cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water adding valve, inlet and outlet pipes, etc.

After the pump starts normally, the impeller sucks the liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipe together, and it can be fully mixed in the impeller. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the liquid with gas flows to the outer edge of the scroll chamber, forming a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through a diffusion tube. At this point, due to a sudden decrease in flow rate, lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas and liquid, and the gas continues to rise and discharge through the pump outlet. After degassing, the liquid returns to the storage chamber and enters the impeller again through the reflux hole. It mixes with the gas sucked in from the suction pipeline inside the impeller and flows back to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller. As this process continues in a cyclic manner, the air in the suction pipeline continuously decreases until the gas is completely absorbed, completing the self suction process, and the water pump is put into normal operation.
