Product overview
ISW horizontal centrifugal pump IS designed according to the combination of IS centrifugal pump and vertical pump structure, the pump adopts domestic advanced hydraulic model optimization design. At the same time, according to the use of temperature, media and other different ISW based on the derived hot water pump, high temperature pump, chemical pump, oil pump, etc., is the current finalize and promote products.
Product characteristics
Smooth operation: the **** concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation and no vibration.
Watertight: cemented carbide seals of different materials ensure that there is no leakage in the transmission of different media.
Low noise: The pump supported by two low noise bearings runs smoothly, except for the weak sound of the motor, basically no noise.
Low failure rate: simple and reasonable structure, the key parts of high quality; Supporting, the whole machine trouble-free working time greatly improved.
Easy maintenance: replace seal, bearing, simple and convenient.
More economical: The exit can be left, right and upward in three directions, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation and saves space.
Product use
1, ISW horizontal water pump, for the transport of water and other liquids similar to physical and chemical properties of water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurization water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transport, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting, the use of temperature T≤80℃.
2, ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper, and hotels and other boiler hot water pressurization circulation transport and urban heating system, ISWR type use temperature T≤120℃.
3, lSWH horizontal chemical pump, for the transport of solid particles, corrosive, viscosity similar to water liquid, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, paper, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers and other departments, the use of temperature of -20~C ~ +120℃.
4, lSWB horizontal pipeline oil pump, for the transport of gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable, explosive liquid, the temperature of the transport medium is 20~C ~ +120℃.
