Product Overview

QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump is the third-generation pneumatic diaphragm pump, which has advantages such as long service life and no pause. It can not only pump flowing liquids but also transport some difficult to flow media. It has many advantages of conveying machinery such as self suction pump, submersible pump, shielded pump, mud pump, and impurity pump

1. No need for water diversion. The suction head can reach up to 5m, the head can reach 70m, and the outlet pressure is ≥ 6bar.

2. The flow is spacious and the passing performance is good. It allows for a maximum particle diameter of 10mm to pass through. When pumping mud and impurities, there is minimal wear on the pump;

3. The head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve (the air pressure can be adjusted between 1-7 bar):

4. The pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seals, and the medium pumped by the diaphragm is completely separated from the moving parts and workpiece medium of the pump, so the medium conveyed will not leak outward. So when pumping toxic, easily exploitable or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety;

5. No need to use electricity. It is safe and reliable to use in flammable and explosive places;

6. Can work submerged in media:

7. Convenient to use, reliable in operation, and simple opening and closing of gas valves for start and stop. Even if the pump runs without medium for a long time or suddenly stops due to unexpected circumstances, it will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically stop, with self-protection performance. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically start and run again;

8. The pump has a simple structure and fewer vulnerable parts. It is easy to install and maintain, and the medium conveyed by the pump will not come into contact with moving parts such as the distribution valve and connecting rod. Unlike other types of pumps, the performance gradually decreases due to wear and tear of components such as rotors, pistons, gears, and blades;

9. Can transport viscous liquids (with a viscosity below 10000 centipoises);

1. This pump does not require oil lubrication and has no impact on the pump even when idling, which is a significant feature of this pump.

Product features

1. Due to the use of air as power, the flow rate automatically adjusts with changes in back pressure (outlet resistance), making it suitable for medium to high viscosity fluids. The working point of a centrifugal pump is set based on water. If it is used for fluids with slightly higher viscosity, a reducer or frequency converter is required, which greatly increases the cost. The same applies to gear pumps.

2. The use of pneumatic pumps in flammable and explosive environments is reliable and cost-effective, such as the transportation of fuel, gunpowder, and explosives.

3. In harsh areas of construction sites, such as construction sites and industrial and mining wastewater discharge, due to the high amount of impurities and complex composition in the wastewater, the pipeline is prone to blockage, resulting in excessive load on the electric pump and easy damage to the motor due to heating. The pneumatic diaphragm pump can pass through particles and has an adjustable flow rate. When the pipeline is blocked, it automatically stops until it is unobstructed.

4. In addition, the diaphragm pump has a small volume and is easy to move, does not require foundation, occupies a very small area, and is easy to install and economical. Can be used as a mobile material conveying pump.

5. In the treatment of hazardous and corrosive materials, diaphragm pumps can completely isolate the materials from the outside world.

6. Ensure that there are no impurities contaminating the raw materials in certain experiments.

7. Can be used to transport fluids with relatively unstable chemical properties, such as photosensitive materials, flocculants, etc. This is because the shear force of the diaphragm pump is low, which has little physical impact on the material.

Main uses

1. Pump peanut butter, kimchi, mashed potatoes, sausages, jam apple cider, chocolate, etc.

2. Pump paint, gum, pigments.

3. Adhesive and glue, all types can be pumped for suction.

4. Various types of tile, porcelain, brick and ceramic glaze.

5. After drilling the oil well, use a pump to suck sediment and grout.

6. Pump various emulsions and fillers

7. Pump various types of sewage.

8. Using pumps as oil tankers, the barge cleans the warehouse and sucks in the sewage inside.

9. Hops and fermented powder syrup, syrup, sugar density.

10. Pump water from mines, tunnels, ore processing, and slag. Pump cement grouting and mortar.

11. Various rubber pastes.

12. Various abrasives, corrosive agents, petroleum and mud, cleaning oil stains and general containers.

13. Various highly toxic, flammable, and volatile liquids.

14. Various strong acids, bases, and corrosive liquids.
